Hours: The Paradise Rock Club Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. On weekday show nights, the Box Office will open at 12:00 PM and remain open until 15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage. On weekend show nights, the Box Office will open one hour prior to doors and remain open until 15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage

Parking: The Paradise Rock Club does not offer onsite parking. There are opportunities for street parking in the area, as well as multiple Boston University owned garages. Please plan your trip accordingly. The two closest garages to The Paradise are as follows: Lot B: Langsam Garage Automated parking facility located at 142 Gardner St, Boston, MA 02215. Lot A and Lot C2: Agganis Arena Parking Garage and Open Lot Automated parking facility located at StuVi2 33, Harry Agganis Way, Boston, MA 02215
