General Rules
For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not bring in the following items: strollers, large backpacks, alcohol, cans, bottles, weapons of any kind, pets. Due to most artist requests, no professional recording devices are allowed. Channel 24 is a non-smoking facility.
Child Policy
All patrons are required to have a ticket, regardless of age. Children under four years of age are discouraged except for events specifically geared towards children.

Accessibility
To purchase accessible seating, click the request accessible tickets link on the Ticketmaster event page or in person at Channel 24s box office. If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue. If you have a specific concern or accessibility request for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs at contact@anotherplanetent.com.
