The Outlaws
Tampa, Florida's The Outlaws were one of Southern rock's defining acts of the 1970s, distinguishing themselves from peers like Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers with their intricate three and four-part vocal harmonies and country-influenced guitar interplay. Their 1975 debut, featuring the extended guitar showcase 'Green Grass and High Tides,' became a classic of the genre, while 'There Goes Another Love Song' brought them mainstream radio success.
